iOrganize was born out of a passion for construction and a desire to be an asset to clients and colleagues with a solution based approach to all aspects of any project. Creating long standing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process is the pride of iOrganize's company philosophy.

 

iOrganize's motto stems from a belief that every project has a beginning and with actioning the teams processes and principles, progress is made until the ultimate goal of completion is achieved.

Upon its Inception in 2016, iOrganize has successfully completed a wide variety of projects from Mall refurbishments, greenfield developments to beautiful store builds for individual clients.  Each project is reflected upon with great pride and joy.

Carmen Bell

 

Carmen was introduced to the construction industry as a sales rep in 2001. After completing her Project Management Diploma in 2007 and her first major refurbishment of Sunnypark Shopping Centre (25 318sqm) with her Mentor, Eddie Serton, her passion and commitment to the industry was cast in stone, so to speak.

 

Carmen has an unwavering commitment to creating long standing relationships both professionally and personally. Her Psychology studies, have created a foundation for the iOrganize team to understand that each client, tenant, consultant and contractor within the industry, is a colleague and asset to creating success, no matter the project size or value.

 

Carmen finds great joy in the outdoors, whether she is riding her adventure bike, mountain bike or the Huskies are taking her for a run ... every weekend is an adventure.

 

Sean Swanepoel

 

Sean has 3 years construction trade experience composed of plumbing and welding in retail and industrial developments. This has given Sean an  understanding of the 'behind the scenes' work and processes of construction.

 

After joining iOrganize in 2017, Sean has become a solution based problem solver who enjoys being on site and meeting new people.

 

Sean is an avid gamer, geek and car enthusiast who is always looking for something to improve or fix on his car.

 

With his whitty sense of humor, Sean is always sure to give everyone in the office and at home a good laugh.

 

 

Waldo Burger

 

Waldo has 6 years of Residential & Commercial installation experience, in particular with specialist finishes like Cemcrete and Laminates which taught him to have an eye for detail. After 2 years of Tenco experience, his favorite aspects are the satisfaction of seeing a  project from conception all the way to trading, as well as communicating with numerous people during a project.

 

Husband to a patient and loving Wife, who has to deal with him as well as two active boys. I don't know how she does it.

 

They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and that is true as long as it's followed by his favorite cup of coffee.

 

Duncan Bell

 

Duncan is known as the financial Godfather and mentor of the iOrganize family. With over 50 years experience in the manufacturing and financial industries, Duncan is a "wealth" of experience and  wisdom.

 

Duncan is always willing to share his wisdom in the form of advice and is generously committed to lending a hand or ear on any project.

 

Duncan is also know n as the Bionic Man because neither his pacemaker, nor two knee replacements stops him from out-riding the rest of the team on his mountain bike.

Ryan Lambert

 

Ryan was introduced to the industry in a residential  development capacity in 2003. With the key focus on up-market quality built residences, his attention to detail, interior architecture, return on investment forecasts and development management capabilities made for many a successful project in the industry.

 

Ryan's joy comes from the successful completion of a project and his artistic side can't help but be satisfied by the beauty of a finished product that was carefully nurtured from inception.

 

Ryan is a proud father to his beautiful daughter, a golf enthusiast, is off-road motorbike obsessed and likes to believe he is the next Master Chef.

 

 

 

Eddie Serton

 

Eddie, has a background in the industry spanning 30 years, combining his on-site experience as a Quantity Surveyor with 25 years project management experience and is a member of the ACMP.

 

Eddie has an impressive client list which includes work for Government departments, Financial Institutions,and leading institutional property developers and listed funds. Eddie's eperience includes Major retail developments and mixed use projects, Corporate Head Office development and Hotel Gaming and Leisure projects accross Sub-Saharan Africa including countries such as Mauritius, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Botswana.

 

In his downtime, Eddie loves traveling and fishing

 

 

Craig Bell

 

Craig has over 15 years of Civil Construction experience working as a  Quantity Surveyor and 10 years as a Project Manager. Projects worked on range from underground structures, vent fan foundations and water reticulation plants to resifential and industrial buildings.

 

Craig enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his family.
